Cooking Instructions

Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator overnight before cooking. Do not defrost at room temperature. Once defrosted, cook thoroughly until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F) and juices run clear. Suitable for boiling, grilling, baking or frying.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at −18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once defrosted, store in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Best before date printed on packaging.
