How Delivery Works
1. Frozen at Source
Products are frozen fresh at the point of origin to lock in quality.
2. Cold-Chain Transport
Kept temperature-controlled all the way to dispatch — never allowed to thaw.
3. Insulated Next-Day Delivery
Shipped frozen at -18°C in insulated packaging, arriving next day.
Dispatch Days
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Wednesday are sent out the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed Thursday, Friday, or over the weekend are dispatched the following Monday.
Storage On Arrival
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Use within 24 hours of defrosting and cook thoroughly before eating.
Areas Served
We deliver across the UK. If your postcode falls outside our courier's coverage or carries a surcharge, this will be shown at checkout before you pay — you'll never be charged unexpectedly after ordering.
When To Contact Us
Get in touch if your order hasn't arrived when expected, if your parcel shows signs of damage, or if anything arrives no longer frozen — food safety comes first, so don't hesitate to reach out.
