Frostflow Returns & Refunds Policy
At Frostflow, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. While we can’t take back frozen or chilled products once delivered (for everyone’s safety), we’ll always put things right if something’s not as it should be.
Perishable Items (Frozen & Chilled Foods)
Because of food safety rules, we cannot accept returns of frozen or chilled products once they’ve left our delivery chain.
If your order arrives damaged, defrosted, or not as described, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement, no fuss.
Non-Perishable Items
For items like packaging or dry goods, you have 14 days to change your mind.
Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
To arrange a return, just contact our Customer Care team and we’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
